the first portion of this blog entry made me smile and giggle to myself, and to marm, several times. it is entertaining and amusing to see our weekend summarized in yr story telling prose. i thought it was very accurate and made me ponder the possibility of a novel being written about this ironclad ship. youd have to write it, of course. .. i must admit that still the god and religious expansion evoked a slightly inimical response from that place atheist place inside of me. i do, will, and cannot pray, as you know, but i think the jist of the functions yr prayer serves are covered in my own life, in my own way. (as you alluded to here). ... yr blog makes me wish i had a type printed journal, so that i too could tell our story. it's so worth telling.
